I hopefully fixed that in the sources. The fix was to add the \par command at the end of the commands used for printing of title and author. Thanks for the report.

If I use \dedicatory command in amsart document class and compile with tex4ebook, I will get

[ERROR] htlatex: Filename Line Message
[ERROR] htlatex: ./test.tex 9 You can't use `\prevdepth' in horizontal mode.
[ERROR] htlatex: ./test.tex 9 Missing number, treated as zero.
[ERROR] htlatex: ./test.tex 9 Illegal unit of measure (pt inserted).

I hope that it will be fixed soon.
