It seems to be my fault, I somehow managed to introduce non-breaking space character to the source code. I've just fixed the sources.

I just installed TL 2016 and found unable to compile using make4ht --lua. It fails like this:


make4ht --lua foo.tex

! String contains an invalid utf-8 sequence.
