The attached trailing-rows.tex contains two two-line tables, using "tabular" and "longtable".

The attached trailing-rows.html was generated by

> htlatex trailing-rows.tex

.
It shows that the html table generated from "longtable" has three additional, trailing rows, filled with whitespace.

These are correctly missing from the table generated from "tabular".
