Puszcza upgraded to Savane 1.0.7

Puszcza has been upgraded to Savane version 1.0.7. Since now the web interface switched to full UTF-8.
The upgrade went quite smooth. However, the backend jobs are disabled until I check all the functionality of the new engine. Planned term for re-enabling the backend jobs is tomorrow at 16:00 GMT.
