mix 2.0 is available

After a long wait period, the version 2.0 of MIX (a.k.a Plain MIX), is available for download from ftp://download.gnu.org.ua/pub/release/mix. This is a major release of the project, containing lots of improvements. In particular, it offers much more effective and convenient debugger.
