The Google plugin uses a query to https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/search/web?v=1.0&q=iliketrains&key=ABQIAAAA4B16PYoznYWgfVLfNDV4fxRsamdul3hUHNYXnxki2eGK76NS_RQ795CTZZ3l-TuRCO2d5eibFI1WZA which now return an error message, "{"responseData": null, "responseDetails": "The Google Web Search API is no longer available. Please migrate to the Google Custom Search API (https://developers.google.com/custom-search/)", "responseStatus": 403}".

The Google plugin needs to be moved to extra/ as this is a proprietary service, and it needs to be updated or replaced by a plugin that uses another web search engine to search the web.
