Wed Feb 15 00:30:05 2017, original submission: We're now using lxml and requests for utltitle plugin, but these two libraries are not built-in. If a dependency is missing for a plugin, pluginmanager should output a friendly warning and proceed with the plugin unloaded.	Svetlana Tkachenko <svetlana>
