A function to make the bot "/msg chanserv op #channel" itself, then execute the command (like +o,+b,+v etc) and afterwards deop itself again would be useful. So the bot doesn't need to have op all the time and it could be set to +o instead of +O.

The self-op/deop function would be useful for the blockbot as well.
