One item on my wishlist is the ability to specify the color in which
math formulas are set when mathescape=true. I have comments in my
Matlab files which contain formulas; I have the comments typeset in
gray to make them more distinguishable from the code itself, but the
formulas are still black. Would be great if you could have a look at
that, I'd love to have something like
\lstset{mathstyle=\color{gray}}
