Hi Deimi, thanks for the pointer, it seems to be so. I've just updated TeX4ht sources with the new HTF file. I think we can close this issue now.

Hi Michal,

It is dotlessi in wncyr10.pfb font. Presumably it is the same in wnr12.

Thank you very much. This change worked.

Dear Taichi,

thanks for the report. You are right, some characters in the font mapping table for the font used in your document are wrong. I hopefully fixed that, see the attached file wtcyr.htf. It fixes your example, I've also fixed few other characters that were wrong. I am still not sure about character which is on the position 61 in the font table produced by the following file

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{fonttable}
\begin{document}
\fonttable{wnr12}
\end{document}

I don't know, if it is dotless i, small 1, or small l. In the font mapping, l was used, and I left it as it is.

It this fixes your issues, I will update TeX4ht sources.

I compiled the following source code and obtained
the results as attached.

\documentclass[12pt]{article}

\usepackage[OT2]{fontenc}
\usepackage[russian]{babel}

\begin{document}

A B V G D E {E0} {ZH} Z I {I0} K L M N O P R S T U F {KH} {TS} {CH} {SH} {SHCH} {P2} Y {P1} {E1} {YU} {YA}

a b v g d e {e0} {zh} z i {i0} k l m n o p r s t u f {kh} {ts} {ch} {sh} {shch} {p2} y {p1} {e1} {yu} {ya}

\end{document}

(file #480, file #481)

I have noticed that some Russian characters are not
correctly converted to odt.

[source code]

\documentclass[12pt]{article}

\usepackage[OT2]{fontenc}
\usepackage[russian]{babel}

\begin{document}

\cyrd - \CYRD -- \cyrery - \CYRERY

{ts} - {TS}

\end{document}

By using make4ht -f odt test.tex, \cyrd and \cyrery
are converted to different characters.
(Please compare with the output by ordinary LaTeX).
It looks like that there are errors in the table
of Cyrillic characters. Can this be fixed by user's side?

I used make4ht version v0.3f included in TeX Live on
Debian GNU/Linux 11.
