It appears (from the handling of my "file issues from email" issue) that moving items from one tracker to another does not work particularly cleanly, so perhaps that's not an ideal way to do things in bulk....

In any case, I would note that there are a handful of questions from the last month or two that would probably be worth answering, and I will be writing to the questioners to point them at this site and to add themselves to the CC list for the question, so any of those should not be closed as "old question with no point in answering".

I am in the process of entering my backlog of listings bug reports into the support tracker. Once those are entered, someone will need to handle them.

Handling them, in this case means:

Determining if they do, in fact, appear to contain a bug that we can address. (There is generally no point in answering old questions.)

If the bug is a duplicate of an older bug, copying over any relevant new information to the old bug, and closing the newer one as a duplicate.

Re-titling the issue (if needed) to reflect the actual bug.

Moving from the support tracker to the bug tracker.

Also, in many cases there will be a set of support issues that are all aspects of the same bug (e.g., the copy-paste bug with spaces in listings); in these cases, it may make more sense to just create a new "bug" entry.
