I have written a `lstpatch.sty' to implement some features that I want
to add to the listings.sty.

The major one is column=doublespaceflexible, which adjusts column
positions only after two or more spaces. I like to use
\rmfamily\itshape for identifiers, where they look like math
variables. When alignments are needed, I like to use two or more
spaces to indicate. The additional spaces are tolerable in those cases
needing alignments.

Other minor adjustments are described in the style file.
