Versions 1.2, 2.0, and 3.0

These three versions have been issued simultaneously. They introduce the following new OIDs:

        vclDiscard                MAIN.n_vcl_discard
        vclFail                   MAIN.vcl_fail        (only for Varnish 5.x)

The three releases provide support for the following Varnish API versions

varnish-mib-1.2 :: Varnish 4.0, 4.1, 5.1
varnish-min-2.0 :: Varnish 5.2.0
varnish-mib-3.0 :: Varnish 5.2.1
