Hi Nasser, this is a bug in LuaXML. It is fixed in the development version. I've posted more info in answer on TeX.sx.

This seems to have happened after I updated TL 2020 on my Linux last night.

Now when I build a the same Latex file, with url{} in them, to HTML, using tex4ht, all the URL are messed up.

No problem in the PDF compiled using lualatex.

Here is a MWE and command to generate the HTML

-------------------
\documentclass[12pt]{book}
\usepackage{hyperref}
\begin{document}

\url{https://mathematica.stackexchange.com/landing/r/digest?cta=question&id=234780}

\end{document}
--------------------

Compiled using

make4ht -ulm default -a debug foo4.tex "mathjax,htm"

Clicking on the link from the generated HTML file gives error page not found, since the link is messed up.

This used to work OK before I updated TL 2020 last night.

Thank you
