I think the new dependencies would be added by hand. So if we update urltitle to include a new module, we add the new module to setup.py by hand. I will check this and get back to you once I confirm.

I began work on this.

Svetlana, I'm not sure how to make setup.py interactive (to have 'extra' dependencies). I also think we should discuss virtualenv. https://github.com/jasonharrison/guppy/issues/12

We're now using lxml and requests for utltitle plugin.

We should write a setup.py with setuptools, and edit README to recommend users to use virtualenv as a part of the install process so that all of guppy is still editable to them.

Within setup.py we can set up "extras" which are optional dependencies, so that if somebody doesn't want to use that plugin, they don't have to install those dependencies.
